For purpose of strengthening bilateral financial cooperation, including exchange of experience and information in the field of monetary policy, the financial sector, payment systems, financial technologies, and other areas, Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People’s Bank of China, and Taleh Kazimov, Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, have recently signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation.
