In February 2025, the net repayments of Pledged Supplementary Lending (PSL) by China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China and Agricultural Development Bank of China totaled RMB100 billion. The outstanding PSLs stood at RMB2.2639 trillion at end-February.
