In November 2024, the net repayments of Pledged Supplementary Lending (PSL) by China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China and Agricultural Development Bank of China totaled RMB140.2 billion. The outstanding PSLs stood at RMB2.3639 trillion at end-November.
