In March 2025, the net repayments of Pledged Supplementary Lending (PSL) by China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China and Agricultural Development Bank of China totaled RMB200 billion. The outstanding PSLs stood at RMB2.0639 trillion at end-March.
