Announcement on Open Market Business No.1 [2024]

According to the assessment and adjustment mechanism for primary dealers of open market operations (Announcement on Open Market Business No.2 [2004] and Announcement on Open Market Business No.2 [2018]), the People's Bank of China (PBOC) has conducted a comprehensive assessment of the primary dealers of open market operations for the year 2023 and institutions applying to join the primary dealers. Based on the results of the assessment, the PBOC has appointed the primary dealers of open market operations for the year 2024.
