Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Cooperation between the People's Bank of China (PBOC) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the PBOC has decided to authorize DBS Bank to serve as the RMB clearing bank in Singapore.
