During December 8-10, 2025, Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People’s Bank of China, met with Ms. Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Mr. Pablo Hern á dez de Cos, General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Mr. Andrew Bailey, Chair of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), and Mr. Ajay Banga, President of the World Bank Group (WBG), respectively, who came to Beijing to attend the “1+10” Dialogue. They exchanged views on Chinese and global economy, cooperation between China and the respective international economic organization. Deputy Governor Xuan Changneng of the People’s Bank of China participated in the meetings.
