Responsible for conducting analysis and forecast of economic growth and operation from the perspective of monetary policy formulation; engaging in studies on financial laws, rules and regulations and monitoring their compliance; conducting research into China's industrial policies and following up development of economic activities in the industrial, agricultural, fiscal and trade sectors; assessing the enforcement of important financial policies on money and credit, interest rate, exchange rate and financial market, and putting forward relevant policy advice.
