Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the PBC policies and rules on personnel management, staff development as well as salaries and remuneration; determining and managing the staff and organizational quotas for the PBC; administering the social insurance program of the PBC; establishing staff training program and organizing relevant tests and performance review; coordinating activities for members of political parties other than the CPC in the PBC.
