During this period, he also held various other positions in BOC, first as Board Member of BOC International Holding Limited, then General Manager of BOC International Financial Research Institute, and General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Restructuring and IPO Office. He was General Manager of BOC Group Restructuring and IPO Office from January 2003 to August 2005.
